Do I Require Storage Insurance Coverage?

While storing at Thermo Stor it is mandatory for the tenant to maintain insurance coverage on the storage unit’s contents. You can bring a copy of your Home-Owner's or Renter's insurance declarations page at the time of moving your belongings you’re your storage unit. Thermo Stor will not be responsible for the contents within any rented storage unit.

What sizes of storage unit are available?

We offer a wide range of unit sizes to best suit your needs. Sizes range from 3×5 ft (15 sf) up to 10×20 ft (200 sf). Visit our Sizes and Rates page for expert storage advice or feel free to contact us. We’re happy to help you find the right sized storage unit for your needs.

What happens if I either outgrow or want to downsize my storage unit at Thermo Stor?

We will help you find the best size unit for your particular needs, whether that be larger or smaller, as your needs may change over time.

What does temperature controlled at Thermo Stor mean?

Our temperature controlled storage units are built with modern, highly efficient heating and air conditioning systems which service the entire facility. Maintaining a controlled environment prevents warping, cracking, rust and mould from damaging your goods. As well our enclosed environment provides increased protection from dust, dirt and flooding.

What are the access hours at Thermo Stor?

All customers have access from 6:00am - 10:00pm, 365 days a year.

Is there a minimum period of time I must rent the space for?

Thermo Stor customers are on a month to month tenancy, so there is no required minimum. You are free to leave our storage facility whenever you no longer require our services.

Does Thermo Stor offer services for both households and businesses?

Does Thermo Stor accept payment by credit card?

Yes. Thermo Stor accepts American Express, Visa and Master Card.

Can I reserve a storage unit in advance?

Yes. At Thermo Stor we will take and hold a reservation for up to 7 days.

Can I purchase boxes and other packing supplies at Thermo Stor?

Yes Thermo Stor is pleased to offer a variety of packing and moving supplies including boxes, tape, bubble wrap and more.

Can I access my belongings 24/7?

No. Thermo Stor Brockville units have access 7 days a week, 14 hours a day, 365 days a year. Thermo Stor Cornwall units have access 7 days a week, 13 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Are there moving carts or dollies for me to use?

Absolutely. We have carts and dollies that Thermo Stor customers are free to use at any time to make moving items easier.
